This designation is offered by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors. To receive this designation, realtors must:
- pass a written examination
- complete an elective course
- pass the written examination for that course
- provide proof of completing five closings
- be a member in good standing of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council and the National Association of Realtors.
