This designation is offered by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors.  To receive this designation, realtors must:

• complete an ABRM course and pass a written examination
• complete an ABR course and pass a written examination
• provide proof either of overseeing at least 25 closings or of overseeing buyer agents for at least two years, and
• be a member in good standing of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council and the National Association of Realtors.
