This designation is offered by the Realtors’ Land Institute. The candidate must:
- complete 120 hours of approved courses
- provide proof of at least three years experience as a real estate licensee
- have work experience that includes either $5 million in land transactions or 25 land transactions, of which at most 80% are residential lot transactions.
