This designation is offered by the CCIM Institute. The candidate must:
- complete four core educational courses and three elective courses
- complete an online ethics course
- provide proof of experience in handling qualifying activities
- pass a written examination.
There is also a fast track program available for candidates who wish to complete the designation as quickly as possible.
