This designation is offered by the International Foundation for Retirement Education. The candidate must:
- have at least three years professional experience in within the past five years
- provide two references
- complete four courses
- pass the required examinations
- sign the code of ethics.
To maintain the designation, the CRA must complete continuing education each year.
