This designation is offered by the Community Associations Institute.  The candidate must:

• provide three references from community association industry professionals and five references from clients
• have at least five years industry work experience
• have work experience that includes either responsibility for 25 association insurance programs within the past three years or shows significant involvement in delivering insurance and risk management services to community associations.
• complete required coursework
• sign the code of ethics
