This fellowship is offered by the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. The candidate must be working either as an actuarial consultant, a government actuary, and Enrolled Actuary, an insurance actuary, or a teacher of actuarial sciences. In addition, the candidate must meet one of the following criteria:
- Six years of actuarial work experience, three of which were in consulting, plus holding another actuarial designation such as the ASA, ACAS, MAAA, MSPA
- Be a member of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries for three years after becoming a CCA Associate
- Be a FSA, FCAS, FSPA, or have another approved international actuarial designation
