Also look at your portfolio investment policy statement and review whether your risk tolerance has changed.
As you look around you may know many people that are struggling. Take time to help out your local nonprofit, help a relative or a friend. Finally, don’t let stress get you down. Take care of your health. Take time to eat right, get enough sleep and exercise. Through careful planning and regular review many of your worries will seem much smaller and you will continue to remain Positive!
