Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)
Money Manager | Monday, September 1st, 2008
This designation is offered by the Community Associations Institute. The candidate must:
- earn the CMCA and AMS designations
- pass six required PCAM courses
- complete a case study
- have at least five years of community association management work experience
- agree to abide by the code of ethics.
To maintain the designation, the PCAM must pay annual dues and complete continuing education.
