Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)

This designation is offered by the Community Associations Institute. The candidate must:

earn the CMCA and AMS designations
pass six required PCAM courses
complete a case study
have at least five years of community association management work experience
agree to abide by the code of ethics.

To maintain the designation, the PCAM must pay annual dues and complete continuing education.
